One-size-fits-all doesn’t fit

Founded in 2017, Praxis Matters is focused on providing organizations with workshops, trainings, seminars, and other programmatic services, based on their needs. All our offerings can be supplemented with on-going support. In this way, we work with you to institutionalize learning and implement plans so that you have experts with you, each step of the way.

Facilitating cultural competence and equity within an organization is a process. Thus, follow-up sessions, which can include small group trainings, plan assessment, or program evaluations, are highly encouraged in order to measure organizational impact, over time.
